I’ve always had a passion for movement and how our bodies work.

From the bodily processes and changes that a woman will undergo during pregnancy through to

childbirth. Then the development, like a baby crawling or making their first steps and continuing growth with muscle development into walking, running and jumping to produce dynamic

I have come across so many people who fad diet with yo-yo results. 

The definition of diet is simply “the

kinds of food that a person, animal or community habitually eats”. 

There is no sustainability in

the diet route and is just simply a quick fix.

Changing your food will help with short term results but changing your lifestyle is what counts

for the long-term goal ….. to be happy and healthy!

Fitness can also help to channel our emotions, changing moods from bad to good using chemicals

in our brain to increase body temperature. This will help to calm your body down and fight off

feelings of depression, anxiety or stress.
